...well, almost. We are almost unpacked, and still hunting down the occasional item that is still in a random box in a random spot in the house, but we will be done soon. (hopefully!) We finally got the internet in our new home on Monday, and are trying to reconnect with that long lost cyberspace. And with all the chaos in the previous month of moving, finding a home, unpacking, and dealing with two VERY ACTIVE girls, I don't have much photographic evidence of this time. But don't despair! I will try to make up for it in the coming months. So here's a quick rundown of our crazy month:
* March 22- pack up the girls, Eddie and I and fly to Hawaii. Layover in SLC where we got to say goodbye to Gram-eni. Get here at 2 pm Hawaiin time, 6 for our bodies...tired...
* 22nd thru 5th of April- search and wait for Hickam Housing to have any offers since we are stuck in a small hotel room, with limited places to walk to while daddy has the rental car. Find housing in the Navy housing.
* April 6- move in to new home, with no furniture... camp out in our new sleeping bags on the floor. In other words, we didn't sleep. (Did I mention our whole house is floored in linoleum? Yeah.... we are still hoping a nicer, CARPETED home becomes available in the next year)
*April 7- Our household goods arrive! Let the unpacking begin!
* April 19th- Carissa finally gets her 1 year well check...18 lbs even. That's my petite little girl :-)
(Eat your heart out, Olivia!)
(I'm just teasing, you know that, right?)
So yeah, I'll take pictures when it's more organized round here. Until then, here are some photos that I did manage to take, half on my phone:
This was from Carissa's official birthday, March 28th. It was a Sunday, so all we could do was get a microwaveable cake since we were stuck in the hotel. We didn't even light the candle :-)
we made the girls eat nakie in the bathtub because we knew this...
would become this :-)

not used to the humidity yet :-)
and what happens when Carissa tries to feed herself a Gogurt
(and if someone can tell me how to post a video on this updated version of blogger...I can't find an icon to do so like I used to. Please help. Thanks)
